Make a Silver Ring in a Day/Make a Silver Bangle in a Day!

Looking to create a bespoke silver piece with creative freedom?

Spend a day with Amy and friends creating a silver ring or bangle from start to finish. No experience necessary, Amy will guide you through sizing, cutting, shaping, soldering and polishing. £80pp for rings or £95pp for bangles (silver included) in a 4 hour workshop.

Workshops are put on for minimum groups of 2 and maximum groups of 6.

Workshops run most Saturdays, but get in touch if you would like a weekday session.

Wedding Band Workshop

Tying the knot soon? Make things extra special and join Amy to make your own unique wedding bands. You will be guided through the process of personalising, soldering and polishing your own white, yellow or rose gold ring, ready for the special day. The sessions are 4 hours and £375 for 2 (+ material cost dependant on size and colour discussed prior to workshop). After the session your rings will be sent for hallmarking and packaged in a beautiful sustainable wood ring box ready for collection or postage. Email [email protected] to enquire.

The Sunday Jewellery School

The Sunday Jewellery School is an opportunity to delve deeper into your jewellery knowledge with dedicated skills workshops and drop in tutored afternoons.

Blocks of 4 and 6 will be available for you to learn key jewellery making skills such as sawing, soldering, forming/texturing, finishing, sand casting and chain making.

These workshops are designed to give you the basic skills needed to start making your own jewellery using traditional techniques – tool use, consumables and base metals are included in the price and silver will be available to buy should you wish.

The classes will be kept small with up to 4 students at a time, so that each student can receive dedicated tutor time

Skills workshops will run 11-1:30/2 on Sunday mornings and mentored making sessions will run 2-5/6

The workshop is an open plan, communal space so you will be learning a craft right in the heart of a working environment. You will be taught on the central teaching benches or for 1-2-1’s and wedding band workshops, within Amy’s personal studio area of the building. Right in the centre of Leeds, the workshop is easily accessible by public transport and has a car park situated right next door. See the map below!

T&C’s – Workshops will run for a minimum of 2 people and maximum of 6. If you are booking onto a workshop as an individual the workshop may be subject to date change due to demand, should this happen no extra cost will occur to the individual.
